Can we drink in the cars?
Due to state laws and the fact that we want to keep the interiors of our cars in factory new, immaculate condition, we do not allow drinking at all while in any of our vehicles.

Can we smoke in the cars?
For the comfort of all our customers and to protect the interior of the cars, we do not allow smoking in any of our cars.

Is there a minimum or maximum rental period?
Yes, there is a minimum rental of 3 hours. There is no maximum rental period, and we can provide discounts for daily rentals. In additional to daily rentals, we offer weekly packages that give you on call chauffeur service from the moment you land to the moment you leave. Am I responsible for cleaning?
No, we take care of the cleaning after your rental to ensure that each customer receives the car in top condition. However we do ask that you try to keep it in the same condition as when you first get it. We do charge for any damage to the cars, as well as any extreme cleaning that is required, which generally is not the case. We are happy to discuss our policies with you before you rent, so you know what to expect.

What areas do you service?
We serve all paved roads on Oahu. There is no maximum mileage, you pay by time and are free to have your chauffeur take you anywhere on the island, so long as the road is paved!

Are the cars available all year?
Our cars are available 365 days per year, 24 hours per day.

Do you take last minute bookings?
We welcome last minute bookings, although our reservations tend to fill up weeks or even months in advance, so it is recommended that you book early. However if you have a last minute booking request please contact us as soon as possible and we will do what we can to accomodate you.
